At Navmi Jewels, every piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Returns & Replacement Eligibility
As each product is packed with utmost care, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered successfully.
However, in the case of damage during shipping, we are happy to review and assist with a replacement request.
2. Reporting a Damaged Product
If you receive a product that appears to be damaged during transit:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests submitted after 24 hours from the time of delivery may not be eligible for review.
- Claims are subject to verification based on the proof provided.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To help us review damage-related concerns fairly, a clear 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the parcel.
The video must:
✔ Clearly show the sealed package before opening
✔ Capture the complete unboxing process in one continuous recording (without cuts or edits)
✔ Clearly display the damaged product, if any
4. Claim Verification Process
Please note that damage-related requests can only be reviewed when a proper unboxing video is provided.
Without a valid 360-degree unboxing video recorded during parcel opening, we may not be able to process replacement requests.
5. Approval Process
- Once your request and video proof are received, our team will carefully review the issue.
- If the claim is verified and approved, we will proceed with an appropriate replacement solution.
6. Important Note
- We kindly request customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
- To ensure a smooth resolution process, any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.
7. Shipping & Delivery Delays
We strive to dispatch all orders on time and work with trusted courier partners to ensure smooth delivery.
However, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
While we will always try our best to assist you with tracking updates, Navmi Jewels shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier or shipping partners after the order has been dispatched.
