At Navmi Jewels, all products are thoroughly inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns on any products once they have been delivered, except in cases where the item has been damaged during shipping.

Damaged Product During Shipping
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any damage-related claims, it is compulsory to record a clear 360-degree unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must:

Clearly show the sealed package before opening
Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous shot
Show the damaged product clearly

Without a proper 360-degree unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel, we will not be able to process any return, refund, or replacement requests.

Approval Process
Once we receive your video proof and verify the damage, our team will review your request and proceed with a replacement if approved.

Important Note
Requests made after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
